How do I log in to my Carolina Online Account on your new Web site?

If you had an online account on our previous Web site, your login information has been updated. Your username is now your email address, and your password has been reset to meet the latest security standards. Visit the My Account area to learn how to get your new password - it's easy!

Do you offer purchase order payments and tax exemption on online orders?

Yes, qualified customers can have their Carolina Online Accounts enabled for purchase order payments and tax exemption. A Customer Service representative must enable your Carolina Online Account for these features. Visit our Services for Schools page for full details, downloadable tax exemption certificates, and more.

Why can't I edit my billing address information on the Web site?

To protect the security of our instituational customers, if your Carolina Online Account is enabled for purchase order payments or tax exemption, you will not be able to change billing address information on our Web site. However, Customer Service can make any changes you require - simply call us at 800.334.5551 (8am to 8pm, ET, Mon-Fri) and the changes will automatically post to your Carolina Online Account.

Please note that you can add, edit and remove shipping addresses on the Web site. Simply log in to your Carolina Online Account and click on Address Book, or modify your shipping address(es) during Checkout!
