All of our products are unconditionally guaranteed. If for any reason you are not satisfied with any item, you may return it for a replacement, a refund, or credit. It's that simple.

If you need to return an item, please notify Customer Service within 30 days. Note: Returns for living materials will only be accepted with product manager's approval. To notify Customer Service of a return:

  1. Have your purchase order number and Carolina order number on hand.
  2. Call Customer Service at 800.334.5551, 8 am to 8 pm, ET, Monday–Friday.
  3. Speak with one of our Customer Service representatives to obtain a return authorization (required) and instructions for returning the item.
